His image and style has become associated with sophisticated drinking ethics and he is often thought of as being a trendsetter in terms of approach, innovation and quality.
Tim has turned a new page in regards to the world of Mixology and is here at Romeos make a statement. A passion advocate of his trade he subjects the bar team to rigorous training and the highest of standards the end result of which produces the best drinks on the island with a fun but informed service..

Hailing from Temanggung in Central Java Yudhis is one part pierced warrior, one part cuddly bear, finished with mixology and served with flair. Appearance aside Yudhizt has incredible attention to detail and executes the upmost discipline when it comes to sophisticated bartending.
A famous ‘flair’ bartender, Romeos Cocktail Ambassador now focusses heavily on creating balanced, and consistent drinks that are dependant on his passionate take on drinking culture.  Yudhizt is quickly gaining a reputation on the international mixology scene and represents not only the craft of cocktail culture but also of Art, music, and self expression. It is these qualities that make him and Romeos Bar unique and one of a kind.

Balinese born Chef Banjar is the definition of truly authentic fusion cuisine. With his roots here on the majestic Island of the Gods, Chef’s influence stems from a diverse melting pot of culinary execution spanning East to West, North to South.  

Chef’s success, a reputation that is well known in Bali, is built on his mantra of ‘Cooking With Love,' an attitude that is so typical of Balinese culture. This can be seen in his attention to detail and within his melange of exotic flavours.

At Romeos, Chef Banjar presents a worldly menu that focuses on presenting common themes with an asian twist. Our modern grillery and kitchen include an assortment of traditional balinese plates to American Classics, from authentic rustic Italian style pizzas to signature comfort creations. Highlights would include the Slow Cooked Pork Ribs that are left for 18 hours in order to create a this sumptuous fall off the bone classic and Chefs popular dessert line that include a range of sophisticated Souffles and Lava Cakes.
